CrUX Audience shows how real users experience your site around the world. A single UX Rating summarises the share of sessions having a good experience, plotted country by country on a hexagonal world map, so you can see where your site is fast and where it struggles.
The Audience report is automatically created for every Site tracked in Calibre, with no tracking scripts to install. To view, navigate to Site → CrUX → Audience.

Country-level CrUX data normally requires querying Google’s BigQuery database, which is complex and expensive. Calibre collects it automatically for your Sites, so you don’t have to.
CrUX only reports on sites with enough Chrome traffic to appear in Google’s dataset. If your Site isn’t eligible, Calibre RUM measures UX Rating from your own visitors, with no traffic threshold.
UX Rating worldview#
At the top of the report, the worldview shows your Site’s overall UX Rating: the percentage of real user sessions that had a good experience, colour-coded by status.
- Green: Good
- Yellow: To improve
- Red: Poor
Each country your site serves is rendered as a cluster of hexagons on the map, shaded by its UX Rating. Hover over a country to see its rating in a tooltip.
Beside the map, the Top 5 and Worst 5 lists rank the countries with the strongest and weakest user experience, so you can quickly see where to focus.
UX Rating history#
Below the map, the UX Rating history chart shows how the proportion of good, to improve, and poor experiences has changed over time. Each bar represents a week of collected data, so you can confirm a fix landed cleanly or spot a degrading trend.
Filter the report#
To narrow the report, use the filters at the top of the page:
- Origin/Page — view aggregated data for the whole Site, or select a specific Page.
- Device type — filter by All, Desktop, Tablet or Phone to find issues in a specific environment.
- Period — change the time range to analyse recent data or longer-term trends.
Devices and navigation types#
Further down the report, two breakdowns add context to the worldview:
- Devices by UX Rating — compares the experience across Desktop, Tablet and Phone, so you can tell whether a problem is device-specific.
- Navigation types — shows how users arrive at your pages (such as navigations, reloads, and back/forward restores), which influences the metrics you see.
Use CrUX Audience to understand the geography of your audience, then dig into the metrics driving each rating with the CrUX Dashboard and individual metric reports.
